Jack Gale |
Jack Gale is originally from L.I. N.Y, and has called NC home for the last 21 years. Jack has been in business for over 30 years, selling real estate in Greensboro and now in the Cape Fear area for over 7 years. He has focused his business on real estate development; large tract and individual homesite sales, new home sales and residential re-sales. Jack formed a team of licensed industry and marketing specialists in 2005. He has the prestigious GRI certification, which is held by only 19% of all U.S. REALTORS®. Jack is licensed in both North and South Carolina, is a member of four Cape Fear area MLS associations, a local chamber of commerce and Wilmington Area Cape Fear Home Builders Association. In the last three-year period, Team Gale has completed over 300 real estate transactions and has been a top producing Sea Coast Realty team for over four years including being the #2 producing Coldwell Banker Team in North Carolina in the first half of 2009. He understands what buyers and sellers want and expect from their real estate agent, which includes great service, communication and follow-through on each transaction regardless of its size. Tom Gale |
Tom moved to Wilmington from Greensboro, NC in the 1990’s when he attended UNC Wilmington. The friendly people, warm climate, and beautiful beaches nearby made Tom realize that he wanted make Wilmington his permanent home. Tom has been a REALTOR® since 2005 and has immersed himself in real estate education including receiving his GRI and CSP designations. Tom is able to help all buyers and sellers from their first home to their retirement dream home. Brett Adams |
Brett Meb Adams, if you're wondering about his middle name, it's the initials of his grandmother, Mary Ellen Brant. Brett was born in Somerset PA and grew up in Pittsburgh PA. Brett moved to Wilmington, where he's been a REALTOR® since 2005. His goals are to fully understand the wants and needs of his clients so he can help them achieve the American dream, and to spend his free time with his family. Brett also enjoys living in Wilmington because it's a golfer's paradise, with so many courses here in Southern North Carolina and Myrtle Beach. So, you will know where you can find Brett Adams on his day off. |

Michael is a native of southeastern North Carolina since 1971. Because he is a native of the area, he has a vast familiarity with the area which is extremely beneficial in assisting clients with real estate transactions. After attending Louisburg Junior College and then East Carolina University, he returned to Wilmington, North Carolina in 1993. Michael became a full-time, active Realtor® in 2004 and has completed numerous property transactions. He is very excited to be a part of Team Gale with its proven track record of successful sales and client satisfaction. When not assisting clients with their real estate needs, Michael enjoys spending time on the water and golf courses with family and friends. Most importantly, Michael enjoys the challenge of finding that special property that fulfills each client’s personal needs and/or purpose. Mike Tedder |
H.M. “Mike” Tedder is a native North Carolinian originally from the Charlotte area. He studied engineering at NC State, Business at UNC-Charlotte, and received his MBA from Duquesne University. After undergrad, Mike began a career in Information Technology and after a number of years on the technical side moved to management with 4 major US corporations that spanned 36+ years. Mike also was interested in real estate and was originally licensed as a broker in NC in 1973. However moving with his IT career, his real estate became inactive until early in 2004 when he left corporate America and returned to NC to build on his real estate love. Mike has shared his life adventure with wife Linda almost since his undergrad days and they have 2 grown children and presently 2 grandchildren. When not involved with IT or real estate, Mike has given back through church and numerous civic organizations. Mike has been a multi-million dollar producer most of his real estate career and prides himself on satisfied clients – buyers and sellers – and the referrals that they send to him. |

An alumnus of Virginia Tech, Jack spent over 20 years in retail management prior to his career in real estate. This background helped to hone his skills in marketing, advertizing, and customer service- all skills that he uses daily when taking care of his real estate clients. Jack moved to Winding River Plantation in 2002, where he lives with his beautiful wife of 25 years and his two teenage daughters. Jack and his family love Southport, Oak Island and the surrounding areas and spend as much time as possible on Oak Island. |

Jim Van Wyck |
Jim has an extensive sales / business background. As owner of a small business, to District Manager of a large Allied Van Lines agent, he has negotiated contracts and sold services to companies as well as individuals. Attention to detail and protecting his client’s interests are critical. After making moving arrangements to North Carolina for dozens of his clients, Jim and wife, Andrea moved to the Crystal Coast making their vacation home a full time residence. His education includes a BA in Psychology and additional real estate training earning the Accredited Buyers Representative, Military Market Specialist and e-Pro Certified. Jim and wife, Andrea, play an active role in the community. Both are Carteret County Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors, serve on the Chamber’s Military Affairs and Legislative Agenda committees and regularly participate at weekly Business Round Table meetings. What better way to keep a finger on the pulse of the community? |
