Jack Gale |
Jack Gale is originally from Long Island, NY, but has called NC home for the last 21 years. He has been in business for over 30 years, selling real estate in Greensboro and now in the Cape Fear area for over 8 years. He has focused his business on real estate development, large tract and individual homesite sales, REO, commercial, new home sales and residential re-sales. Jack is licensed in both North and South Carolina, is a member of six Cape Fear area MLS associations, Chamber of Commerce and the Wilmington Area Cape Fear Home Builders Association. Over the last eight years, Team Gale has completed over 900 real estate transactions and has been a top producing Sea Coast Realty team for over four years including being highly ranked by the Coldwell Banker franchise for NC and the entire south east region. Jack understands what buyers and sellers expect from their real estate agent, which includes great service, communication and follow-through on each transaction regardless of its size. Vacationing on the beaches along the East Coast since the 70s, Kathy bought her first piece of paradise on Bald Head Island in the ‘80s, moved to Wilmington in ‘96 and began her real estate career. Kathy is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Education and taught many years while raising her three sons. To offer her clients the best service possible, in ’98 Kathy earned her Broker’s License and her GRI and ABR designations. Kathy’s prior 18 years directing the mortgage banking division of a multi-billion dollar bank in the Chicago suburbs translated into an advantage for her buyers and sellers and having lived in MI, IL, WI, GA and FL gave her a special understanding of the relocation needs of her clients. I am originally from Connecticut and have enjoyed my life in North Carolina from my first experience as a student at Elon College through today. After graduating from Elon with a degree in computer information science I went to work for an electronics manufacturing company in Connecticut and after almost 20 years coastal North Carolina came calling 5 years ago. Working in Real Estate has allowed me to bring my years of business, computer and customer service experience to help people find what they are looking for. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family and their many activities (sports, dance, etc.) and playing golf.

I was born and raised in Upstate New York. There, I enjoyed hiking, skiing and getting together with friends. I attended college at the State University of New York at Oswego and earned my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration with an Economics minor. After many cold winters, I decided to move to Wilmington and I am proud to call this my home. Wilmington has so much to offer its residents, the beaches are minutes away, there is a great nightlife downtown and the beautiful, quiet communities in the suburbs.
