With an MA in Economics from the University of St. Andrews, Nicole analyzes market data, evaluates opportunity, and advocates for client interests in competitive situations.

Now based on the Southeastern North Carolina coast, she has found her true home, helping clients build confidence in the future and achieve their real estate goals. When she's not working, Nicole enjoys exploring off-the-beaten-path destinations. A lifelong lover of sailing, she spent much of her childhood navigating the Caribbean with her family and has since backpacked through Southeast Asia and completed the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage. Her passions also include fashion, interior design, photography, yoga, and surfing.
