Drawn to the Cape Fear region for it's rich history and stunning coastline, Weldon Harris' third act has proven to be an exciting and fulfilling venture.

Raised outside of Philadelphia, Weldon obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology and worked at the corporate level in IT and networking. Rather than retire, Weldon and his wife Joanie embraced a life serving in ministry, first as house parents for crisis pregnancies, then as volunteers in the Gulf region following Hurricane Katrina. Weldon served as Construction Supervisor on over 60 rebuild projects.
That construction background made for a natural transition into real estate, with the ownership and investment potential of Wilmington's market providing a bump of promise.
